DataPoint: 2021 Nursing Home Salaries

In the coming days, LeadingAge NY nursing home members will be invited to participate in the biennial salary survey. The survey will be emailed to administrators, human resource directors, and CFOs of member homes. The results will be compiled into a report that will provide detailed benchmark data on more than 40 of the most common management and non-management positions. Survey participants will receive the survey report at no charge.

More than half of LeadingAge NY nursing home members participated in the 2019 survey, resulting in a salary report that was able to provide regional benchmarks for 18 regions.
