How to proceed. members send an email with, “LeadingAge” in the subject line, and a PO for the amount of face shields they would like to order to: Pliberty@thermoplastictech.com or phone at: 908-687-4833

 

Quantities we have at present are, 50 piece boxes and 150 piece boxes. The price per piece is $3. Minimum order is 50 shields 

 

Box of 50 shields is $150 plus shipping cost.

Box of 150 shields is $450 plus shipping cost.

 

We will send a return email stating the cost for the order plus the shipping cost.  

Your members can pay by credit card. There is a 3% credit card charge.
