Executive Order 202.72 extends the once-per-week nursing home and ACF staff testing mandate through Dec. 3, 2020; extends the deadline from 3 hours to 24 hours for laboratories to report COVID-19 and influenza test results to the Department, provided that the Department may require more frequent reporting if necessary; and extends various Executive Orders waiving regulations to allow greater flexibility to deliver services, including in the collection and analysis of laboratory specimens for COVID-19 and delivery of telehealth services.
