Jan. 3rd COVID-19 Update
New updates pertaining to the COVID-19 emergency continue to be announced by both the state and federal government on a regular basis. The latest developments for providers of long-term/post-acute care (LTPAC) and senior services are reviewed below.

Provider Relief Fund Reporting Period 4 Underway
The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Portal is now open for Reporting Period 4. Members who received a PRF and/or American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural payment or payments exceeding $10,000 in the aggregate from July 1, 2021 through Dec. 31, 2021 are required to report on their use of funds during this fourth reporting period. The deadline to submit a report is March 31, 2023.
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) updated reporting requirements in October 2022 going forward. Those interested in learning more about the reporting changes should register here for a LeadingAge National webinar on Thurs., Feb. 2nd from 2 to 3:30 p.m. The session will provide a reporting refresher and review the new reporting requirements, discuss considerations for the remaining reporting periods, and highlight common reporting mistakes and audit findings observed so far.
