DOH has filed written responses to a series of questions from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), which is considering New York’s request for $10 billion over five years through a Medicaid waiver extension.

DOH shared again that they have been given verbal approval from CMS to send out mandatory enrollment packages to personal care recipients in some of the NYC boroughs.
