DOH Issues RFA for Provision of Alzheimer’s Disease Community Assistance Program Services

On July 12, 2023, the Department of Health (DOH) issued a Request for Applications (RFA) from community-based not-for-profit organizations interested in providing statewide services for the Alzheimer’s Disease Community Assistance Program. According to the RFA, the Department anticipates funding one organization in the amount of $5 million per year over a five-year period.

Questions are due to DOH by July 27, 2023, with answers to be posted on or about Aug. 10, 2023. Applications are due by 4 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2023.
