CMS plans to review the newly finalized Home Health PPS Rule and the Hospice Quality Reporting Program.

The session, to be held at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany, will include updates on OMIG’s initiatives and opportunities for participants to provide input and ask questions.

The updated standards for new construction go into effect beginning as early as this year for the HOME program and the Housing Trust Fund, and in 2025 and 2026 for other HUD and USDA programs.
