A DAL issued on Nov. 25^th provided new details on the Medicaid application process for undocumented older adults seeking coverage of nursing home care. 

Nursing homes are asked to provide a list of residents enrolled in a Partially Capitated MLTC plan who are working toward discharge to the community no later than Dec. 6^th.
