Health Equity CON Requirements Take Effect June 22nd

Nursing homes and other Article 28 facilities will be required to solicit stakeholder input and submit independent health equity impact assessments of CON applications involving major construction or changes in services or bed count. The requirements will apply to CON applications submitted on or after June 22nd.
