Uniform Assessment System for New York (UAS_NY) Update

The New York State Department of Health's Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) website has been updated to include two new educational videos on the UAS-NY. The first video provides an overview of the UAS-NY Community Assessment. The second video discusses the administering of the UAS-NY Community Assessment.
