Two Updates on MLTC Implementation

DOH has posted the following policy updates:

MLTC Policy 13.06: Marketing Guidelines for Managed Long Term Care Plans and Medical Service Providers: This provides definitions and clarifies appropriateness of marketing material, activities that are allowed and disallowed with marketing, required information for potential enrollees and what a plan cannot do to induce enrollments.

MLTC Policy 13.07: Private Duty Nursing Summary: DOH provides information on fee-for-service Medicaid Private Duty Nursing (PDN) services as background in preparation for transitioning PDN cases into MLTC.
