Reminder-Wednesday's National Provider Call

CMS will hold a national provider call on March 20 from 3 - 4:30 p.m. ET on the Implementation of Edits on the Ordering/Referring Providers in Medicare Part B, DMEPOS, and Part A Home Health Agency Claims.

Effective May 1, 2013, CMS will instruct contractors to turn on Phase Two denial edits. See Ordering and Referring Denial Edits Will Turn on May 1, 2013 for more information.

The agenda includes: Provider types eligible to order/refer, action steps for billing providers, action steps for providers who order/refer and resources.
