New York City's final delivery of PPE to nursing homes and ACFs was made the week of June 15^th; the last distribution for home care agencies will be this week. Providers may seek supplies on an emergency basis.

Nursing homes, hospices, and home care providers have until June 30^th to report.

Current deadline for applying for funding is next Tuesday, June 30^th.

Provisions include a requirement for nursing homes to maintain or have access to at least a two-month supply of PPE.

Due date for provider disclosures and waivers is now Sept. 29^th.

In the new post-LHCSA moratorium phase, the survey will collect unduplicated patient counts and active patient numbers for the new need methodology process.
