Providers Receive MOU to Participate in State Vaccination Program Certain nursing homes and ACFs received a memorandum of understanding last week from DOH to support their participation as "Authorized Vaccine Providers" in the State's vaccine administration program. This program is separate from the federal Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care that is currently under way.
