Jan. 15^th guidance clarifies that health care providers are now to be served by hospitals, FQHCs, urgent care centers, and ambulatory care centers.

DOH has responded to some requests for clarification of guidance via email and in calls with associations.

Policy and Planning meeting discussions included COVID-19 vaccination and the federal approval of removing PT/OT/SpT limits, while the MLTC portion of the plan finance meeting focused on retroactive adjustments being made to April 2020 rates.
