As of Aug. 18^th, all landlords – even those that are exempt from the requirements of the Good Cause Eviction law – will be required to include a standardized notice with every lease and renewal lease, and with certain other notices required by law.

In a letter to the Governor's Commission on the Future of Health Care , LeadingAge NY emphasized the need for an appropriate level of reimbursement to ensure access to high-quality care throughout the long-term care continuum and enable all older adults to age with dignity in their preferred setting.
