The Numbers Are In: Five-Star Quality Rating

CMS and Abt Associates have released a report entitled “Nursing Home Compare Five-Star Quality Rating System: Year Three Report.”  This report provides a “description of the methodology used to produce nursing home ratings and analyses of the distribution of ratings during the system’s first three years.”
