State Seeking Satisfaction Survey Contractor

The department is seeking a contractor to administer and analyze data from resident satisfaction surveys and provide recommendations to participating nursing homes to improve quality of care and life for residents. The contractor will evaluate the project to determine whether it has had an impact on resident and family satisfaction.

Nursing homes licensed under Article 28 of New York’s Public Health Law are not eligible to apply for this contract. Any other for-profit, public or not-for-profit organization in any state may apply.
