SNF QRP Data Submission Deadline Extended
The submission deadline for Skilled Nursing Facility Quality Reporting Program (SNF QRP) Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment data for April 1st – June 30th (Q2) of calendar year (CY) 2019 has been extended. All data must be submitted by no later than 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2019.
