SNF Provider Preview Reports Now Available

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has updated the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports and made them available in the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES). The data included in the reports will be publicly reported on Care Compare during the January 2024 refresh. Providers who believe their data to be erroneous can request a CMS correction prior to the deadline of Nov. 13, 2023.

To access the reports, log into iQIES; from the Reports menu, select My Reports; locate your Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 Provider Preview Reports folder; and select the MDS 3.0 Provider Preview Reports link to open the folder.
