SNF Provider Preview Reports Now Available

Updated Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports are available for quality measure performance scores that will be reported on Care Compare at the October 2022 refresh. Communities can access their reports by logging into the Certification and Survey Provider Enhanced Reports (CASPER) Reporting application; selecting the Folders button from the menu bar; and selecting their facility-specific, non-Validation Report (non-VR) folder.

Please see the table below for the data collection periods used in these reports:

SNF Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAI)	Quarter 4, 2020 through Quarter 3, 2021
COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage among Healthcare Personnel (HCP)	Quarter 4, 2021

Communities have until Aug. 15, 2022 to preview and request correction if they believe their reports are inaccurate.
