SNF and Hospice QRP Non-Compliance Letters for FY 2023 APU

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is providing notifications to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and Hospices that were determined to be out of compliance with Quality Reporting Program (QRP) requirements for Calendar Year (CY) 2021 affecting Fiscal Year (FY) 2023. Non-compliance letters were placed into Certification and Survey Provider Enhanced Reports (CASPER) folders in the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES). Only non-compliant providers were notified. Providers that received a non-compliance letter have until Aug. 11, 2022 to request a reconsideration using the instructions provided in the letter or accessing the appropriate websites for SNFs or Hospices.
