Recent Nursing Home Survey? LeadingAge National Wants to Hear from You

(Feb. 3, 2025) LeadingAge National is continuing its efforts to improve the nursing home surveillance process. The association would appreciate any information facilities are willing to share about their recent survey experience to inform ongoing efforts.

As part of its continuing work to reform the nursing home survey and certification process, LeadingAge National has added a new feature to its Nursing Home Survey & Certification Process Reform page. If you have recently had a survey, you can fill out a short form to share your experience. Your information will not be shared externally, but your experiences will help drive LeadingAge National's work and advocacy. The survey link can be found at the bottom of this webpage.
