Quality Indicators Survey

ABSTRACT:  DOH provides teleconference slides.

DOH has provided its Power Point slides for the Quality Indicators Survey Teleconference held on July 19^th.  The QIS is a structured survey process that utilizes a customized data collection tool.  It is intended to provide a more accurate and consistent survey for nursing homes.  The first phase of implementation in New York will begin in Buffalo and New Rochelle and take approximately two years to fully implement statewide.  The slide presentation is attached below.
