Nursing Home Preview Reports Available

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports with the most recent Quality Reporting Program (QRP) measures have been updated and are now available. Providers have until March 4, 2019 to review their performance data prior to the April 2019 Nursing Home Compare site refresh, at which time this data will be publicly displayed. Please note that the review process does not provide an opportunity to correct the underlying data. Rather, providers can request that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) re-examine their data during the preview period if they believe the quality measure scores that are displayed on the Preview Reports are inaccurate.
