Nursing Home Patient Safety

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has made available a new action planning tool on patient safety.  After an organization assesses their patient safety culture, the tool will help determine steps needed for making improvements.  It provides step-by-step guidance to help develop an action plan to improve the patient safety culture. The AHRQ site also provides extensive nursing home patient safety guidance and resources.
