Nursing Home Facility Assessment
On Thurs., Sept. 7th from 1:30 to 3 p.m., the Medicare Learning Network (MLN) will host a call on the Nursing Home Facility Assessment, a new requirement for nursing homes. During this call, the speaker will discuss the new Facility Assessment Tool and how to identify and develop the specific assessment of your facility. Frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to revision of the State Operations Manual Appendix PP for Phase 2 of the Reform of Requirements for Long-Term Care Facilities will also be discussed.
