Medicare Quality Measure Learning Opportunity

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and measure developers will present information on the adopted Medicare Spending per Beneficiary measure that impacts post-acute care providers, including nursing homes and Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs). The measure is one of several implemented pursuant to the Improving Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation Act (IMPACT Act), which aims to gather standardized data on Medicare Fee-for-Service recipients across different care settings. The call will focus on the components and public reporting of the measure.

The measure is part of the Skilled Nursing Facility Quality Reporting Program (SNF-QRP) as well as the Home Health QRP. More information on SNF-QRP is available here; Home Health QRP information is here.

The call is scheduled for Wed., Sept. 6, 2017, from 1:30 to 3 pm. Registration is required and available here.
