Five Star Cut-Point Tables Updated

The updated Five Star health inspection score cut-point for a New York facility to get four stars in the health inspection domain is now ≤16.66 points for the overall composite health inspection score.  The health inspection score for a facility is a cumulative score of points related to deficiencies from annual surveys for the preceding three years, and complaint surveys for the preceding 36 months.

The staffing data file has also been updated for November and contains information about expected and adjusted staffing values for all facilities in the nation.  Facilities’ can access these here.
