DOH Provides Nursing Home Incident Reporting Webinar Recording and Slides

On Oct. 19, 2022, the Department of Health (DOH) presented a webinar on new nursing home incident reporting requirements that went into effect on Oct. 24, 2022. The recording of the webinar can be accessed here, and two PowerPoint presentations on the Nursing Home Facility Incident Report and the Nursing Home Investigative Report are here.

Members should note that the Nursing Home Facility Incident Report must be used for all reportable incidents occurring after 12 a.m. Oct. 24, 2022, and the Nursing Home Investigative Report must be submitted within five days of any reportable incident occurring after 12 a.m. Oct. 24, 2022.
