DOH Issues Updated Nursing Home Legal Services Guide

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued an updated version of the Legal Services Agencies and Community Resources Providing Resident Advocacy Services Guide. The guide is designed to help residents in the appeal of an involuntary nursing home discharge. Residents who are given a notice of an involuntary discharge must be provided with the resource guide.
