CMS Releases Final MDS 3.0 Item Sets and Draft MDS 3.0 RAI Manual

Nursing home members should note that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released final Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 Item Sets version 1.18.11 in a ZIP file that can be downloaded here and the draft MDS 3.0 Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Manual version 1.18.11 for implementation date Oct. 1, 2023.
