CMS National Partnership to Improve Dementia Care in Nursing Homes

CMS has announced that registration is now open for the next National Provider Call, scheduled for July 10, 2013.

The National Partnership was developed by CMS to improve the quality of care provided to persons with dementia in nursing homes by delivering person-centered, comprehensive and interdisciplinary care.

The program will include presentations by a panel of experts who will outline progress made since the implementation of the partnership and discuss the next steps, followed by a question and answer period.
