CMS Extends Nursing Home Preview Report Correction Window

(Aug. 27, 2024) As detailed here, nursing homes had the opportunity to review their latest Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports and request corrections to data that will be posted when the Care Compare website is updated in October 2024. Due to a technical glitch that impacted Preview Reports for swing-bed providers, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has reissued SNF Provider Preview Reports for this period for all providers. Those who may have missed the original opportunity now have a second chance to review their reports and request corrections by Sept. 23, 2024.
