Changes at Leading Age New York ProCare

On January 4, 2016, Nancy Truland will join Leading Age New York as a ProCare Nurse Consultant and Policy Analyst.  Nancy has extensive experience as a Director of Nursing and, with her organizational and clinical skills, will be a tremendous resource for members. In February 2016, Michelle Synakowski will take over as Director of ProCare in addition to her responsibilities as a Policy Analyst. Elliott Frost will continue in his role as Senior Policy Analyst and a member of the ProCare team, but has reduced his work schedule. 

For the last 25 years, LeadingAge New York ProCare has provided consultative services to members around survey readiness and response, clinical management, and assessment processes including the MDS. Utilizing consultants, all of whom are experienced in long-term care, ProCare has demonstrated a proven track record of helping members assess potential problem areas and develop system based solutions to achieve and sustain compliance.
