DOH has identified and corrected an error in one of the measures used to calculate nursing home quality pool scores.

DOH has posted facility-specific scores for all measures that comprise the nursing home quality pool calculation.

CMS announced they are in the process of developing a new survey process for SNFs with increased focus on MDS.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contracted with RTI International to develop functional status quality measures for Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRFs), Long Term Care Hospitals (LTCHs) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
