On June 20^th, Change Healthcare began notifying providers and insurers whether their patient’s data was compromised.

Guidance clarifies that a facility’s POC should be limited to two submissions, and that if the state agency is unable to approve the POC after two submissions, they should reach out to the facility to confirm readiness and intention to request a revisit. Revisits are required for deficiencies at substandard quality of care, harm, and immediate jeopardy.

Nursing homes have the opportunity to review their calculated rate and request corrections by July 3^rd.
