Understanding the New Off-Cycle Nursing Facility Revalidations

(Feb. 25, 2025) A webinar hosted by LeadingAge National earlier this month on the new off-cycle revalidation requirements for nursing homes is now available for on-demand viewing on the association’s Learning Hub. The presentation by Paula Sanders of Post & Schell, P.C. will help listeners understand the updates made to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)-855A form, including changes to timelines and compliance requirements, and learn strategies for collecting data from board members, officers, directors, medical directors, and additional disclosable parties (ADPs).
