Request for Applications: Health Workforce Retraining Initiative 2014-15

The program being offered is intended to support efforts to train staff to obtain new positions, meet expanded job requirements of current positions and train in emerging models of care such as patient-centered medical homes and health homes.

Additionally, the initiative seeks to address the diversity of the racial and ethnic population of New York by improving cultural and language interaction in health care.
