PBS to Broadcast Alzheimer's Documentary

The Genius of Marian is a visually rich, emotionally complex story about one family's struggle to come to terms with Alzheimer's disease.  It is scheduled to premiere on PBS stations on Monday, Sept. 8, 2014.  Information about the movie as well as The Genius of Caring, an interactive online community tool designed to spark conversation, share experiences, broaden the understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and provide support for caregivers, are being made available on the movie's home page prior to the air date.

PBS has developed The Genius of Marian Partner Toolkit for those interested in getting involved with the film, from spreading the word about the broadcast to hosting a free screening. You can also download a free discussion guide.
