NYS Alzheimer’s Association Chapters, Finger Lakes Geriatric Education Center Offering Free Virtual Dementia Education Series for Health Care Professionals

LeadingAge NY members are encouraged to participate in the Alzheimer’s Association Chapters of NYS and the Finger Lakes Geriatric Education Center’s Fall 2023 Virtual Dementia Education Series for Health Care Professionals, which kicked off last week. The series is free and is running monthly through December, with a spring series to follow. Topics include the latest Alzheimer’s research, palliative care, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and frontotemporal dementia, and Continuing Medical Education units (CMEs) and Social Work Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are being provided at no cost.
