Nursing Home Salary Data Opportunity

LeadingAge NY’s sixth biennial Nursing Home Salary Survey has been distributed. The resulting Nursing Home Salary Report is a valuable resource for comparing salaries of common positions in nursing homes. Over 30 positions are available in the survey, allowing detailed evaluation of each management and non-management position. Survey participants will receive a free copy of the 2016-17 Report when results are compiled.

The 2015 survey sample represented 50% of all voluntary and public nursing homes in New York State. Administrators, CFOs, and Human Resources Directors should have received an electronic copy of the survey.
