New Webinar Opportunities with LeadingAge National's Learning Hub
LeadingAge National is offering two new webinars on the Learning Hub that can help providers make informed decisions about Statement of Deficiencies and the new CMS/CMMI payment mechanism called Transforming Episode Accountability mechanism (TEAM).
Statement of Deficiencies Webinar –
You’ve been through it before—you receive a Statement of Deficiencies and disagree with a citation. While you know you have the right to dispute cited deficiencies, you may be questioning whether it’s worth the effort. In LeadingAge’s Dispute Resolution Webinar, providers will learn about the Informal Dispute Resolution and Independent Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR/IIDR) processes, receive a guide on how to determine whether pursing IDR/IIDR is the right choice, and gain insight about what makes IDR/IIDR effective or ineffective.
Please Note: No CEs are available for this event. (This one is not free)
New TEAM Model Webinar –
Starting on Jan. 1, 2026, a new CMS/CMMI payment mechanism called the Transforming Episode Accountability mechanism (TEAM) will be implemented. This new payment model will affect skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), home health agencies, and hospice providers. It will likely impact providers that may have little or no prior experience with these types of accountable care models. LeadingAge’s TEAM Overview Webinar is FREE for members and will provide a comprehensive overview of TEAM and its potential impacts.
