MDS 3.0 RAI User's Manual V1.10 Updated

The RAI Manual v1.10 posted on May 20, 2013 omitted six sections: Chapter 3 Section F; Chapter 3 Section J; Chapter 3 Section S title page; Appendix D; Appendix F title page; and Appendix H title page.  CMS re-posted RAI manual v1.10 on May 29, 2013 to include these six sections. 

In addition, two minor edits were made to the coding tips in Chapter 2 (page 49) and Chapter 3 Section O (page 31).  The footers on these two pages are marked with "(R)" and now read "May 2013 (R)".  As a result, the two related Change Tables are in the Downloads section of CMS' MDS 3.0 RAI Manual webpage.  The change tables and manual are maintained on the CMS website here.
