CMS Posts Updates to MDS Manual

The latest version of the MDS 3.0 Manual incorporates clarifications to existing coding and transmission policy, integrates previously published Questions and Answers (Q&As) into the appropriate sections and addresses requested clarifications and scenarios concerning complex areas.  The MDS RAI Manual v1.11 can be found in the Downloads section of the CMS MDS 3.0 web page.
