LeadingAge Offers Valuable Quality Insights to Members

LeadingAge Insights offers its nursing home members access to several tools designed to help them demonstrate their value to potential partners and improve their performance.  These tools, along with training webinars, are provided free of charge to members.  As members seek to participate in DSRIP, bundled payment arrangements and managed care contracts, LeadingAge Insights can provide the data they need to develop new relationships.

LeadingAge Quality Metrics assists nursing homes in comparing themselves against nearby or comparably sized nursing homes on a variety of metrics, based on Nursing Home Compare data. It also offers a tool to help predict Five-Star status and provide guidance on where to focus to increase ratings. 

LeadingAge Survey and Certification Reports for member nursing homes compares individual facility performance on surveys to state and national performance. This package also includes 16 state-level reports with data that is updated quarterly.

Managed long term care plans and home care agencies that are LeadingAge members can also use these tools to identify potential partners with strong records of quality care.
