Free Quality Metrics Training Now Available!

LeadingAge Quality Metrics is one of the components of LeadingAge Insights, a website with interactive data tools to assist non-profit aging services organizations analyze how they measure up to their peers, demonstrate value and improve performance.  Currently, LeadingAge Quality Metrics contains one tool, Nursing Home Quality Metrics, which analyzes quality metrics such as five-star ratings, staffing, quality measures and deficiencies in skilled nursing facilities using the most current publicly reported Nursing Home Compare data.  A Home Health Quality Metrics tool is under development and will be released in early 2015.

If you have not yet taken advantage of this free tool or need a refresher, now is the time!  Register for one of the introductory webinars and learn how to access the tool and set up groups for analyses.  Or, if you have already accessed the tool and run reports and would like to learn more about how to use it, register for one of the intermediate webinars.

During these webinars we will also review two new reports now available - the Quality Metrics Time Series Analysis, a report that compares one group's performance in a selected quality measure over time to other groups; and the Quarterly State Reports, a report that summarizes five-star, staffing, deficiencies and QM data for all the non-profit, for-profit and government facilities in a selected state.
