Please join the New York State Department of Health for a live Webinar that will provide an introductory overview of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services nutrition critical element pathway.
By the end of this presentation learners should demonstrate the ability to:
- Define and locate the Critical Element Pathways
- Describe the key elements of the Nutrition Pathway
- Identify best practices in using the Nutrition Pathway
- Identify the role and expectations of the Registered dietitian using the Nutrition Pathway
