Critical Deadline for Managed Care Plans Extended

The following alert was issued by the Department of Health last week:

Dear Colleague,

In an effort to provide plans with more time to gather and submit the information requested in the Quality Incentive / Vital Access Provider Pool (QIVAPP) Program, the deadline has been extended.

This information is now due back to the Department by close of business Friday, August 15, 2014.
Should you require any assistance or have any questions regarding this request, please contact Department staff through the wage parity email address.

Any questions or concerns regarding the computation of hourly rates or hours provided related the QIVAPP application should be directed to John Ulberg and James DeMatteo at 518-474-6350.
