Successful Advocacy Grants Relief to PACE Programs

Our advocacy seeking relief for PACE programs from the requirement that skilled services must be delivered through an entity that meets the federal Medicare conditions of participation has been successful.  It is clear under federal guidance that PACE programs were meant to be excluded and we are grateful to the Department of Health for granting this exclusion.  The official DOH letter is available by clicking here.
